Enterprise document management software Globodox goes beyond helping you perform basic tasks by offering advanced features like Stack Types, Check-in and Checkout of documents etc. You can further add value to these features by using modules in Globodox. What are the modules you can use?
- Draft Documents: Draft documents are temporary, intermediate documents which may be created while a team of users are working on the next major version of a document. They enable a team of users to securely collaborate on the next version of a document and also enable the modified document to be reviewed by another team of users (e.g. via a workflow) before it is made available to a larger set of users (e.g. an entire department or company). An example could be a process flow document for an activity that covers one or more teams working on the document. Learn more about Draft Documents.
- Web Client: This module helps you access documents and data in your Globodox databases over your corporate Intranet or even over the Internet. Learn more about how Globodox Web Client works.
- Workflow: This module in Globodox helps you to automate your business processes. Using Workflow, you can route documents or tasks to specific users to perform actions as per your current work processes. Learn more about Globodox Workflow.
- Windows Active Directory Integration: How would it be if you could import your entire Windows user database into Globodox, so that your employees would not need to log-in to Globodox separately? Well, this is possible with the Windows Active Directory Integration module. Learn more about how this module is useful.
Globodox Suite comes with these modules inbuilt. But if you own Globodox Standard licenses, you would need to order the modules separately as per your requirement.
