Please make sure you have filled in a valid email ID. The email ID you used while ordering GLOBODOX or an email ID which you have earlier used to communicate with us.
As soon as possible, we will send you the key as well as the upgrade setup link via email.
As announced earlier any customer who had an active Annual Maintenance Subscription as on Dec 22 2015 can upgrade to this version.
