Usage Scenario

You have collected and managed over 1000 documents from a supplier company called ‘Acme Corp.’. With each document you have stored the Supplier Name as indexing information. They have now changed their name to 'Acme Machines.'. Changing the supplier name in the doQuments DB for all the thousands of documents could take you hours.

However using the Bulk Modify Add-On you can make this change in minutes. Just ask it to search for all records where the field for Supplier Name equals ‘Acme Corp.’ and change the Supplier Name to 'Acme Machines'.
