If ActiveX Controls are prohibited from running on your computer the doQuments Web Scan Add-On will not work. To fix this problem, you can add http://www.doquments.net to your trusted sites zone. For this…

1. Start Internet Explorer. 
2. Click on the Internet Options option on the Tools menu 
3. Click on the Security tab. 
4. Click Trusted Sites and then click Sites… . 
5. Type in http://www.doquments.net in the Add this Web Site to the zone: box.
6. Click on the Add button*
7. Clear the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box.
8. Make sure http://www.doquments.net is listed in the Web Sites

*Note : If the Add button is unavailable, contact your system administrator.
