Customers who have purchased doQuments Licenses (or Upgrade+Support Licenses) more than a year ago will need a new registration key to use the latest version.
To receive a new registration key you will need to purchase as many Upgrade+Support licenses as the number of doQuments licences you currently own.
When you purchase Upgrade+Support licenses you will be entitled to -

Support for a period of one year
Free Product upgrades to all new versions released for a period of one year.
