| A | When you purchase doQuments, you will receive one year of free email support and phone support as well as one year of free upgrades to any new versions released. If you wish to receive support and upgrades after the free one year period, you must purchase doQuments Upgrade+Support Licenses. A doQuments Upgrade+Support License entitles you to -
Suppose you purchased 5 Licenses of doQuments Professional Edition on Jan 1, 2006. You will then be entitled to receive free support until December 31, 2006. You will also receive free upgrades to any new versions of doQuments Professional Edition released until December 31, 2006. If you wish to continue to receive support and upgrades beyond the free first year then all you have to do is purchase 5 doQuments Upgrade+Support Licenses. This will entitle you to receive support and free upgrades for another i.e. until December 31, 2007. |

| A | You will need to purchase as many doQuments Upgrade+Support licenses as the number of product licenses you currently own. | |
| 3. | When and how shall I receive the license? | |
| A | When you purchase a doQuments Upgrade+Support license, you will receive a registration key by e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase. | |
| 4. | Should I buy Upgrade+Support Licenses before the end of the free one year upgrade and support period? | |
| A | Every Upgrade+Support license is valid for one year. Ideally you must purchase new doQuments Upgrade+Support licenses during the course of the free first year support period or before the expiry of your current Upgrade+Support License. The license will be activated only after your previous one expires. E.g. If you bought doQuments Enterprise Edition on 1st January, 2006, then your free first year support and upgrade period will expire on 31st December, 2006. To receive support and upgrade after this period you must purchase an Upgrade+Support license anytime before 31st December, 2006. Now, if you buy the doQuments Upgrade+Support license on 14th November, 2006, this will remain in the pipeline and will be only activated on the 1st January, 2007. | A | When you purchase doQuments licenses, you will receive one year of free email and free phone support as well as one year of free upgrades. If you wish to receive support and upgrades after the free one year period, you must purchase doQuments Upgrade+Support Licenses. However purchasing doQuments Upgrade+Support Licenses is not compulsory. If you do not wish to receive support or upgrades (after the free first year period) then you do not need to purchase doQuments Upgrade+Support Licenses. In this case you can still continue to use the version of doQuments you have for as long as you want. |
