Main Window

The doQuments Main Window is divided into three main panels...

The Preview Panel
The Preview Panel is situated at the top left of the doQuments main window and displays the currently selected document. If no document is selected it display icons which let you add a document using different methods like drag & drop and scanning.

The Document List Panel
The Document List Panel is situated at the bottom right of the doQuments main window and displays the list of documents added to the current record.

The Data Panel
The Data Panel occupies most of the left section of the doQuments main window. It allows you to add, modify and view the data for the current record. The data panel is where you enter descriptive/indexing information about the documents in the Document List Panel. You can add as many indexing/descriptive fields as you like.
