doQuments Web Client - Create Windows User Account
Follow the instructions given below to create a windows user account for the doQuments Web Edition...
- Open the Control Panel. (To open the Control Panel click the Start menu and click on the Control Panel menu option in the Settings menu) The Control Panel window will be displayed. View screenshot
- Double click the Administrative Tools option in the Control Panel window. The Administrative Tools window will be displayed. View screenshot
- Double click the Computer Management option in the Administrative Tools window. The Computer Management window will be displayed. View screenshot
- Expand the Local users and groups item in the Tree. Select the Users item under Local Users and Groups.
- Right click the Users option in the tree and select the New User... menu item from the popup menu. The New User dialog will be displayed. View screenshot
- Enter the user name as IUSR_DOQUMENTS in the User Name box. Enter a password in the Password box and enter same password in the Confirm Password box again.
- Uncheck the option User must change password at next logon
Check the option User cannot change password
Check the option Password never expires
Uncheck the option Accout is disabled - Click the Create button to create the user and then click the Close button to close the New User dialog. The user newly created will be displayed in the Computer Management window. View screenshot
- Close the Computer Management window.
