Globodox Upgrade and Support
How to check if the free Upgrade and Support period is over
- Click the Globodox button at the top left of the Globodox main screen
- Click About Globodox; this opens a box containing licensing information
- The top right corner of that box will show the date on which your current Upgrade and Support period ends and how many days you are away from that date. If there are less than 30 days to go, we strongly recommend you purchase an Upgrade and Support license today.

- If you need technical support but do not have a current upgrade and support license, it could result in your work processes getting delayed.
- You need to purchase as many upgrade and support licenses as the number of user licenses you have. For example, if you have 3 full-access licenses and 2 view-only licenses, you must purchase an upgrade and support license for each of the 3 full-access licenses and the 2 view-only licenses, as per the pricing table.
- The prices are applicable for purchases made during the Active Subscription Period. (An Upgrade and Support license is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of the product, or 1 year from the date of purchasing the Upgrade and Support license. This period of 1 year is known as the Active Subscription period.)
- On making the payment you will receive a registration key by email within 24 hours (normally takes much less time).
