1 When and how shall I receive the license? top
A You will receive a registration key by e-mail within 24 hours of purchase.
2 Does a Globodox license require activation over internet? top
A No.
3 Does a Globodox license require payment of monthly or yearly fee for renewal? top
A

No, Globodox licenses are perpetual licenses and there are no monthly or yearly renewal fees. So you can continue to use the version of Globodox you have purchased for as long as you want. There is no time limit for Globodox licences.

However if you wish to upgrade to a newer version of Globodox after your free 1 year upgrade period is over, you can do so by purchasing upgrade licenses.

4 Are the licenses transferrable? top
A Yes. However you will need to first contact us at support@itaz.com with details including reason for transfer.
5 How many licenses do I need to buy? top
A Globodox licenses are concurrent licenses so you need to purchase as many licenses as the total number of concurrent users expected.
6 What is a concurrent license? top
A A concurrent license allows you to install Globodox Enterprise Edition on as many machines(on the same local area network) as you need as long as the number of users simultaneously logged onto Globodox does not exceed the number of concurrent licenses you own.
For example, if you will be installing Globodox Enterprise Editon on 30 machines but not more than 15 users are likely to be simultaneously logged on to Globodox at any given time, then you only need to purchase 15 user licenses of Globodox.
7 What about upgrades/bug fixes of Globodox? top
A All Globodox customers receive free email support for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All Globodox customers also receive free bug fixes and all major and minor Globodox upgrades released within a period of one year from the date of purchase.
