You can configure workflow to send tasks to a user's email address by modifying the config file.
 

To Configure workflow to send tasks to a user's E-mail address

1.Open the folder in which Globodox is installed. This is usually the C:\Program Files\Globodox Desktop folder.
2.Now, locate the config.ini file in the folder.
3.Open this file in Notepad. You can also drag and drop this file in notepad to open it.
4.Now, locate the following line in the file.
 

TaskNotification=im
 

5.Remove im and type email. It should like this...
 

TaskNotification=email
 

6.Save the settings and close the config file. Workflow is now configured to send tasks to the users E-mail address.
